Senior Actuarial Manager (Non Life)

Our client is a leading professional services firm seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Non-Life Actuarial team in Dublin.

This is a highly visible role with strong cross functional exposure, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision making, develop client relationships, and work alongside senior stakeholders across actuarial, finance, consulting, and risk advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver core actuarial advisory projects reserving, product development, peer reviews, risk management, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting (IFRS 17, Solvency II)
• Drive multi disciplinary engagements spanning ESG, M&A, due diligence, audit, and enterprise risk management
• Contribute to Head of Actuarial Function engagements, including actuarial reserving and review work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Support practice growth through external networking, business development, and thought leadership on emerging regulatory trends

Requirements

• Qualified actuary with substantial experience in a senior or leadership role
• Sound knowledge of the non life (re)insurance industry and the Irish market
• Proven track record managing teams, projects, and senior stakeholders
• Experience of Solvency II and/or IFRS 17 reporting advantageous
• Audit or consulting experience advantageous but not essential
