We're working with a bespoke, growing, and imaginative agency delivering exceptional incentive travel, conferences, and creative experiences for clients who demand unforgettable results.
They're now looking for a hands-on Senior Account/Project Manager to join their team. This is a brand-new role - a chance to shape your own corner of the business and grow with a team that blends big ideas with brilliant execution.
What they're looking for:
- Experienced Account/Project Manager with a background in events and conferences
- Confident in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth project delivery
- Creative thinker, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
- Willing to collaborate and contribute to team success
Ideal experience:
- Previous agency experience (incentives, conferences, live events, influencer events)
- Strong client servicing skills - proposal writing, confident communication, consultative approach
- End-to-end project management across multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Budget management and liaising with suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive attitude, and collaborative energy
