We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with experience in B2B sales within the legal sector, preferably in SaaS or Telco, for a leading Telco scale-up in the fibre optic space. The ideal candidate will leverage existing client relationships and industry expertise to identify and strategize business growth opportunities within the legal sector. Must have relevant experience in both Telco and Legal sectors.
You will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and cultivating strong client relationships.
You will support the growth of our market-leading product and pricing strategies to meet both personal and company goals, working closely with the Head of Sales and other key stakeholders including Marketing, Customer Success Management, Product, Planning, and Installation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer-facing representative for the legal sector.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, demonstrating the benefits of our product to solve connectivity challenges.
- Attend major conferences and networking events within the legal sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, network, CSM, and build teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies for industry-related opportunities.
- Assess customer requirements and develop business cases tailored to vertical needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and terminology, especially related to fibre optic connectivity.
- Support management with contract development, customer negotiations, and product enhancements.
- Generate new sales from customers on the company's new network.
Experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment within the legal sector, ideally in SaaS or Telco.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools, preferably Salesforce and Outreach.
- IT literate.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing decision-makers at senior levels.
- Proactive in meeting commitments and seeking additional responsibilities.
- A team player with strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Consistently meets weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
