We are partnering with a well-established premium spirits business with a strong heritage and growing international presence to appoint a Senior Account Manager.

This is a key commercial role focused on managing and developing relationships across key on-trade and off-trade accounts, driving growth, visibility, and distribution across the Irish market.

Following international investment, the business has entered an exciting period with major plans.

The Role

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key national and regional accounts
• Develop strong relationships across retail, hospitality and distribution partners
• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Deliver joint business plans with key customers
• Work closely with marketing and brand teams to execute activations and trade campaigns
• Monitor performance, sales trends and market opportunities

The Person

• Strong background in account management, sales or commercial roles within FMCG, drinks, or related sectors
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver growth targets
• Strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, brand-led environment
• Strong understanding of on-trade and/or off-trade channels is highly desirable
