Senior Account Manager

Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + Company Bonus
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Account Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in managing client relationships and driving business growth.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and support
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
• Prepare account performance reports and contribute to strategic planning
• Support the wider sales team with account development initiatives

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
