About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to work in our Global Central Planning & Buying Team, helping launch media campaigns for a large Alcoholic Beverage company across their portfolio of brands. In addition to learning all about media and how it drives brand growth, consideration, and sales, you will be responsible for working with the Associate Director/Account Manager to ensure everything is in place for a media campaign launch; clients, agency teams and vendors have the right communication, and all is going according to plan.

You'll help on tasks ranging from booking media in our finance systems and consolidating media plans to rethinking client communication or further integrating campaigns across channels. Some days will involve emailing the client with preview URLs for social creative and creating a creative asset tracking document; other days will involve client calls, learning about upcoming campaigns or business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support and work with the AD/AM to ensure delivery of PHD's scope of media services for a large Alcoholic Beverage company's brands globally.
• Develop strong working relations with the PHD digital team, day to day clients, agency partners, and media vendors.
• Deliver brilliant account management basics - from finance and reporting to optimising systems and processes.
• Support the AD/AM by delivering clear, articulate status meeting and contact reports.
• Learn how to use PHD information tools and systems (e.g. finance/dashboards) to support efficient account team delivery internally and externally.
• Own your development - actively seek to learn, and support others to develop too.
• Develop an understanding of how media and advertising work.
• Understand the role of PHD within the communications process and the value we bring to the client's business.

About You

Experience in media, marketing, and/or client management and ready for a bit more autonomy. You'll need to be smart, hardworking, and interested in media and how it influences people's choices when they're standing at the shelf before buying.

• Experience in media, marketing, or a related field.
• Proactive self starter.
• Passion for learning new things.
• Strong communication, listening skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical skills and confidence using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Responsive to feedback.
• Strong organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong spoken and written English.
