What the job involves

Generate, manage, and prioritize an end-to-end sales pipeline to exceed sales targets and assist the business in hitting its broader financial goals.

Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales.

Evangelize Speechmatics' vision and value proposition with Conversational AI, RT Speech Capabilities, and TTS (at launch).

Contribute to a high-performing sales team by sharing experiences and best practices.

Build and maintain thorough knowledge of the market, industry trends, and product to lead in the competitive landscape.

Ensure accurate data entry and management within the company's CRM system for robust pipeline management and forecasting.

Additional Description

Proven ability to close large commercial deals and exceed sales targets.

Ability to self-source pipeline to augment Marketing and BDR initiatives.

Experience selling complex technical solutions into C-suite/VP level, with strategic engagement.

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, interfacing across all organizational areas (especially Product and Engineering teams).

Strong knowledge and usage of MEDDPICC.

Excellent team player supporting and mentoring colleagues.

Demonstrable experience of using AI across the sales process.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently.
