RoleAbout the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will support the team in healthcare communication projects, gaining experience across the project lifecycle and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to London for meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of healthcare communications projects
- Develop understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing
- Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Manage references in Veeva Vault PromoMats
- Research market trends and competitors
- Assist in managing client budgets and external costs
- Manage small projects and coordinate with teams
- Proofread materials for accuracy
- Prepare reports and updates
- Collaborate within the team and contribute positively
- Communicate proactively about challenges
- Track time using EASL tools
About the Person
- Bachelor's degree in Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong task prioritization and workload management
