Manpower is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant with a contract specialism to lead a high-value security-cleared talent function in Greater Manchester (Altrincham), hybrid with 2 days in the office. This is a true 360 recruitment role spanning business development, contractor redeployment and account growth across Defence, Aerospace, Space and Nuclear sectors.

You will drive revenue growth, redeploy contractors to maximise utilisation, and mentor a growing team to scale the Secure
