Do you have experience leading large-scale stock condition surveys and coordinating teams of surveyors? Are you ready to step up into a key role where your expertise in housing, compliance, and asset data can drive impactful decisions?


We're working with a dynamic and growing consultancy that delivers high-profile projects for housing associations, local authorities, and institutional investors. As part of their national team, you will play a pivotal role in managing survey programmes, ensuring quality data, and building strong client relationships.


Role highlights:

  • Lead mass stock condition survey projects and manage freelance/agency teams
  • Liaise closely with clients, ensuring legislative compliance and accurate reporting
  • Analyse data to inform asset strategies, investment planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Work nationally from a base in Manchester or London
  • Support the development of junior team members and contribute to business growth


What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in housing consultancy or a housing organisation (client-side or consultancy)
  • Knowledge of housing legislation, building safety, and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills-able to present findings and influence clients
  • Ideally MRICS or CIH qualified (or working towards)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
