SEND Tribunal Officer - West Midlands Local Authority
£400 per day 6-month contract Fully remote April start

We are supporting a local authority with their search for experienced SEND Tribunal Officer to provide additional capacity to the service, with a particular focus on phase transfer tribunals.

You will manage a caseload of up to 35 appeals, taking responsibility for the full tribunal process from case management through to representation at hearing.

• Previous experience working as a SEND Tribunal Officer
• Strong experience representing at SEND tribunal hearings

This is a fully remote opportunity offering a day rate of £400 on an initial 6-month contract, with an April start.
