About the Role: We're recruiting passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in L32 supporting children and young people aged 3-19 with complex needs. Pupils benefit from small-group, activity-based learning tailored to their individual abilities.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting children with autism, PMLD, SEMH, and other complex needs
• Assisting with sensory regulation, communication, and personal care
• Encouraging engagement through creative, hands on activities
• Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience with SEND children is essential-support workers and those with personal experience are welcome
• Calm, empathetic, and proactive individuals who thrive in specialist settings
• Must be able to drive to access the school site
• Be happy to assist with personal care
