SEND & Early Years Specialist: Guidance & Impact

Jobtailor is recruiting a skilled SEND and Early Years specialist to deliver Portage services to families and professionals in Preston. You will advise parents and carers, support transitions into school, and help identify developmental needs within the EYFS framework.

You will work with families, practitioners and other professionals to improve outcomes for children with SEND, while managing caseloads and using IT tools for efficient service delivery.
