We're currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, moderate learning difficulties, and physical disabilities.

What you'll be doing

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
• Supporting learning, communication, and emotional regulation
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Helping implement behaviour and learning support plans
• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

What we're looking for

• SEN experience (school, care, youth work or similar) preferred
• Team Teach, Makaton, PECS or similar training is highly desirable
• Calm, patient and resilient approach
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
