Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools throughout Bristol. The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a variety of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs, and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties.
- Work one-to-one or with small groups of students.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development.
- Support classroom activities and implement learning plans.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- A caring, patient, and resilient attitude.
- Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential.
- Graduates considering a career in teaching, psychology, social work, or education are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
