Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant in North London

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming schools across North London from September.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: North London
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Long-term
Start Date: September 2026
Daily Rate: £100-£120 per day

This is an exciting opportunity to support students with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties. Roles are available across both mainstream and specialist schools.

Requirements:

Experience supporting students with SEN
Experience supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Knowledge of a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting students
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A valid DBS registered on the Update Service
2-3 professional references covering a minimum of 2-3 years of employment history
Proof of right to work in the UK
Proof of National Insurance
Proof of address (dated within the last three months)
