About the role

You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and become more independent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group SEN support
• Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
• Helping pupils engage with classroom learning
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Developing positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Following individual learning and support plans
• Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team
• Encouraging independence and celebrating pupil progress
