Smile Education are seeking a compassionate and reliable One to One Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Year 1 at a welcoming primary school located in the TF5 area. This role includes elements of personal care, so we are looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, and confident providing individualised support.

About the Role

As the school's One to One TA, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalised support to a Year 1 pupil with additional needs
• Assisting with personal care routines in a respectful, discreet and supportive manner
• Supporting the pupil's learning through tailored activities and interventions
• Helping to develop communication, confidence, and independence
• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

• Experience supporting children with SEN or additional needs (desirable)
• Confidence providing personal care
