Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a supportive and forward-thinking Trust of schools in Doncaster, who are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ona supply basis with an immediate start.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and making a real difference within an inclusive school environment.

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage with learning

• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement tailored support strategies

• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred but not essential)

• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

• A genuine commitment to supporting pupils' development
