SEN Teaching Assistant

GSL Education is currently seeking a nurturing and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant for an OFSTED Good Secondary School in Sheffield. The school prides itself on its strong learning community, built upon trust, mutual respect, and unity.

The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about each student's learning and personal development
• Engage with and support the entire school community
• Have a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum
• Assist teachers in managing the classroom and supporting with behaviour management
• Attend to students' personal needs as required
• Be flexible, resilient, nurturing, and a team player

This is a temporary to permanent role with full-time hours. If the candidate excels in the role, there is potential for a permanent position.
