This role is offered on a0-hour contract, providing flexibility to suit your availability, with strong opportunities to progress intolong-term and permanent positions.

As a Teacher supporting students with complex needs, you may:

• Plan and deliveradapted, personalized lessonstailored to individual learning needs
• Support pupils with a range of complex needs, ensuring access to a broad and balanced curriculum
• Use a variety ofspecialist strategies and approaches (e.g. sensory learning, communication aids, structured routines)
• Create asafe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff
• Contribute to and followEHCP targets and individual learning plans
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and professionals

Assignments can range from short-term cover to long-term placements, with opportunities to move into permanent roles within specialist provisions.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have apassion for supporting pupils with complex needs
• Be patient, resilient, and adaptable in challenging yet rewarding environments
• Have strong communication and behaviour support skills
• Be confident working as part of amulti-disciplinary team
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one

Experience in SEND or specialist settings is highly desirable, but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
