What You'll Be Doing- Teaching small classes of pupils with additional needs
- Using your planning skills to create engaging, differentiated lessons
- Applying scaffolding techniques to support progress
- Delivering targeted small group interventions
- Working collaboratively with a skilled SEN team
For ECTs: Gain invaluable behaviour management and adaptive teaching experience in a highly supportive environment.
For experienced teachers: Develop specialist SEN expertise in a rewarding and impactful setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
