The Role - SEN Teacher, St Albans

• Teach a small KS2 class of 7 pupils with ASC, SLD, and PMLD
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons focused on life skills and independence
• Use creative, tailored approaches to support a wide range of complex needs
• Monitor and track pupil progress through continuous, personalised assessment
• Apply strong behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment
• Join a supportive, experienced team following the current teacher's relocation
