Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Epsom area. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and other learning difficulties, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.
The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Help implement individual education plans and targeted interventions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs.
- Is patient, caring, and adaptable.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
- Competitive daily rates of £92.63 - £100 per day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
