Job Description
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Psychology Graduates for a Specialist Support Assistant role in a school-based setting. The role focuses on providing 1-1 therapeutic support and co-facilitating counselling groups to help pupils develop coping skills and resilience.
You will work closely with students with trauma or attachment issues, supporting mental health initiatives and contributing to safeguarding and safeguarding-related processes within the school environment.
