SEN Solicitor:

We have partnered with a highly respected law firm based in London who are seeking to recruit an interim SEN Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic, collaborative team and gain invaluable experience working within a leading private practice. The role offers the chance to build on your expertise in special educational needs law, working closely with skilled colleagues on complex cases, while contributing to meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Key Duties:

• Handling tribunal work and representing clients in hearings
• Occasionally attending court to support clients as required
• Managing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), full education appeals, and disability disputes

Job Details:

• Start Date: End of June
• Contract Length: 3 months+
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid working in London
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week or 4 days a week
