Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the Role

You'll play a vital role in supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, delivering a broad, exciting curriculum that focuses as much on personal growth as academic achievement. Key Responsibilities

• Inspire pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that go beyond the traditional
• Lead a subject area (to be confirmed post-interview)
• Support personal development and wellbeing as much as academic progress
• Work alongside a skilled, supportive multidisciplinary team

• A qualified teacher (UK QTS or equivalent)
• Passionate about SEN and mental health
• Creative, adaptable, and full of fresh ideas

Belmont Secondary is an independent, specialist day school for boys 11 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of needs. Our dedicated team, work together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.

We pride ourselves in steering pupils in the right direction, nurturing aspiration to progress them both academically and socially to encourage them to take pride in their achievements.
