SEMH Youth Mentor & Behaviour Coach

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking full-time support staff in Bristol to assist students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Successful applicants will be involved in delivering mentoring sessions, promoting emotional regulation, and implementing positive behaviour strategies.

Candidates should have experience in youth work, coaching, or mentoring, and possess excellent communication skills. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities for long-term placements, along with weekly PAYE pay and dedicated consultant support.
