SEMH Teaching Assistant - Haywards Heath Secondary Pastoral Team

Pink Tile Education is recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to support the pastoral team at a secondary school in Haywards Heath.

This specific Haywards Heath school is looking for someone to support pupils who may be struggling with anxiety, behaviour, low confidence, friendships, attendance or emotional regulation.

You will work alongside pastoral staff and teachers to support pupils during lessons, transitions and difficult moments in the school day. The school needs a Teaching Assistant who can be firm but fair, calm but proactive, and able to build respectful relationships with young people.

Temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent opportunities are available.
