SEMH Teaching Assistant

Reed Education are working in partnership with a school in Plymouth, who are seeking to appoint a classroom based Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SENTA). This role would be on a full-time basis, to start in September. The candidate would start on a temporary basis, however if they are interested in obtaining a contract with this specific school, this is something that can be completed for the right candidate.

• Start date - January 5th
• 8:30am-3:30pm
• Term-time only
• Monday-Friday
• £85 per day minimum
• Training available

The school are not necessarily looking for candidates with experience, they are looking for someone with the below qualities:

• Ability to remain calm in situations that maybe stressful
• Flexible
• Open to change (there are times you maybe asked to work in different classrooms due to absences)

• Excellent communication skills
