Academics are working with a primary school in Slough seeking a calm, patient, and committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Helping children develop self-regulation and resilience
• Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCo, and pastoral teams
• Implementing behaviour strategies and contributing to intervention plans
• Promoting emotional well-being within the classroom

• A patient, understanding individual with a passion for SEMH support
• Someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A future counsellor, teacher, youth worker, or SEMH practitioner
