Job Description
SEMH Teaching Assistant - Prudhoe (Full-Time) Be the consistent, encouraging adult who helps a young person believe in themselves again.

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Prudhoe. You'll support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them engage with learning, develop positive relationships and build the confidence to manage challenges both inside and outside the classroom.

This role is about much more than academic support. You'll use patience, consistency and a calm approach to help learners feel safe, understood and ready to take their next step.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
