Job Description
Overview

Protocol Education are recruiting for Behaviour Support within a SEMH School in Kidderminster.

This school is an established SEMH provision, which recently received a "Good" rating in its Ofsted inspection. The school is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where students develop into happy, confident individuals who reflect the core values of honesty, respect, and trust.

Responsibilities
  • Support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • Manage challenging behaviour and implement effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in the classroom.
  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to tailor support to individual student needs.
Qualifications
  • Team Teach/Positive Handling/De-escalation Training desired.
  • SEND Certificate and SEND qualifications are beneficial.

Role: Behaviour Support

Location: Kidderminster

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Start date: ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
