Your Role: We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive Seller Operations Program Manager to lead and manage key programs focused on optimizing the seller experience. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring KPIs, identifying operational inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define best practices and drive continuous improvement.improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead seller operations programs planning, including: KPI setting, monitor key metrics, identify potential issues & gaps and define best practices.
- Be an expert in using data to measure and analyse business performance. Analyse operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
- Explore business opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with various expert teams to rollout effective products/services improvements.
- Manage the relationship with external partners supporting seller onboarding. Drive alignment between stakeholders and act as main point of contact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Technical discipline)
- Proficient Spanish/English is a must for this position. Italian, French and German will be a plus.
- +5 years working experience in program/project management roles in E-commerce / Marketplaces / Internet companies within Seller Ops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with SQL and data querying.
- Solid experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights/risks to transform them into action plans and measuring its success.
- Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as main driver. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision. Problem-solving mindset. Energetic and adaptive to change
