Sell Side Transaction services Director

Our client is gearing up for a sale of one of their assets and is looking for a seasoned Transaction services advisor to support their exit. The company are in the consultancy sector so previous deal experience across a similar consulting / project based business would be ideal though not essential.

The role will involve a mixture of support for the Group CFO including dealing with the advisors, building and owning the valuation model , fielding potential questions from investors and liaising with the fund to maximize the valuation. In addition there is a great deal of transformative and integration work needed as a result of a few recent acquisitions so this individual will support the SLT in leading the integration of these businesses and providing a consolidated accounting system for reporting purposes.

This role will be hired on a hybrid basis with travel to various Uk hubs and involve liaison with PE heads , advisors and closely on a day to day basis with the CFO. My client is interested in talking only to candidates who are career interims in the Transaction and deal space rather than CFO candidates who have led exits. They are looking for an advisory expert to act in their interests as as such you will come with Big 4 relationships and banking contacts to smooth the waters of a deal like this.
