Andy File Associates Limited is recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to perform reactive maintenance across residential and commercial properties. This self-employed contract role involves working independently across the South Yorkshire / Midlands region, with travel up to two hours from home and a day rate of £150-£180.

The successful candidate will carry out diverse maintenance tasks, provide a professional customer-focused service, and invoice the client directly for completed work.
