Job Description
For a prestigious private bank, we are looking for : Securities Transfer Specialist - M/F Responsibilities:
- Free of payment deliveries: incoming/outgoing/internal for all kind of securities, shares, bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds
- Faxes issuance and sending to counterparties
- Sending instructions to our custodians/depositaries by swift MT540/ MT542/MT599 or fax
- Following up the swift or fax instructions and act to have the transfer settled on time and update the core banking system accordingly.
- Opening accounts with the transfer agent when necessary
- Being in contact with different departments such as Security Master, Investment Funds, Tax, Compliance, Reconciliation team for the transfer purpose
- Reconciling our cash positions linked to tax or fees issued from trades and align securities positions
- Min 2 years in a similar position within the financial or asset management industry.
- Good knowledge in Stock Markets, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, etc.
- Strong team player and able to deliver quality service during intense periods of activity.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ideally, he/she knows the following systems: Temenos GTmatch GTExchange (formerly Stelink), SWIFT, Easyway, Vestima, SIX SIS and/or XACT.
- Fluent in French and a very good level of English in writing and speaking is required.
