Securities Reconciliation Specialist - M/F
Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of our depositories for all our entities
Manual entry of the statements on our depositories not automatically reconciled, especially Hedge-Funds
Check differences and investigate monthly
Establish a list of pending for securities-funds
Treatment and follow-up of current files
Claim back missing statements
Profile :
Minimum of 2 years' experience confirmed in the Securities-Funds reconciliation department
General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
Good interpersonal and organization skills
Attention to details and accuracy / meticulous and proactive
Knowledge of GTMatch - GTExchange - Globus (is an asset)
Good command of the MS Office suite
Solution oriented and pragmatic
Team player and comfortable working in open space
Stress resistant
