Securities and Loans Client Services Specialist

What You Need to Know:

We are currently recruiting for a Securities and Loans Client Services Specialist to join a dynamic team and leading global investment banking company in Dublin City Centre. The role offers 1 WFH day per week. This is a 6 month contract with some possibility of extension or other opportunities thereafter.

Your New Job:

You will oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned loan and securities portfolios, working closely with management and team members to ensure smooth operations. This position involves transaction oversight, client interaction, training responsibilities, and supporting operational changes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transaction activities and monitor service quality for assigned portfolios
• Ensure prompt and accurate execution of loan and securities transactions
• Prepare and review performance reports on portfolios
• Maintain open communication with managers on workflow status
• Attend client meetings, documenting actions and outcomes
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues
• Train and mentor support staff on client or deal requirements
• Collaborate on process standardisation and enhancements
• Monitor activities of business partners and elevate concerns as appropriate

What Are We Looking For:

• Experience in corporate trust, financial markets, or securities
• Strong skills in client management and reviewing transaction documents
• Practical exposure to loans (syndicated, bi lateral, or real estate) preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational abilities
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and resolving complex issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
