Regional Manager - Education SectorThe Eldora Group is active in the field of catering for communities. With consolidated revenue of over CHF 370 million, it is one of the largest groups in Switzerland. Its headquarters is located in Rolle (VD) and concentrates all its services, employing over a hundred employees to ensure the continuity of our activities in the canton of Vaud. Eldora SA has a Teaching department focused solely on services for children aged from 3 months to the end of their schooling, with an ever-increasing desire to offer high-quality services to our guests and clients, including daycare centers, primary and secondary schools, vocational schools, and private colleges.In your role as a regional manager, you will join our dynamic teams in 300 establishments across 12 cantons. Under the direction of the department head, you will lead several units in terms of commercial dynamics, financial management, human resources, and projects. You will be the field ambassador of our values with our clients and will also engage with our partners, demonstrating a real ability to propose effective solutions to their daily challenges and to consolidate our commitments. You will ensure compliance with our commitments from both a culinary and budgeting perspective, while being innovative. The management of processes related to business growth, hygiene, workplace safety and health, productivity, quality, and sustainability will be an integral part of your role.Profile:As a responsible executive with a strong dynamic, flexibility, and a managerial and social dimension appropriate to the collective school area, we expect a high level of autonomy from you, and you know how to work by controlling your objectives and are able to make quick decisions when required. You are perceived by your professional surroundings as experienced, possessing mastery in team management, having a minimum of experience in the hospitality sector in similar roles, and holding a diploma from a recognized hotel school. You also possess an excellent understanding of the catering world and the economic fabric, and knowledge of French is essential for this role within our company; English proficiency is a plus.This position requires a valid driver's license.
