Secondary Teaching Assistant - Inspire & Support Learners

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students across the secondary curriculum in Harrow. You'll work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive learning environment, provide 1:1 and small group support, prepare resources, encourage participation, and help learners stay focused and progress toward their goals.

The role offers weekly PAYE pay, access to CPD, dedicated consultant support and opportunities in mainstream and SEND settings.
