Protocol Education is currently recruiting Secondary Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of welcoming and inclusive schools across Dewsbury.

We are looking for committed individuals who can provide valuable support to teachers and students, helping create engaging and positive learning experiences.

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting learning within the classroom environment
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning outcomes
• Assisting students with varying academic and emotional needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing
• Supporting school staff with classroom preparation and resources
• Encouraging student participation and achievement

We Are Looking For

Candidates who:

• Have experience supporting children or young people
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Are confident, resilient, and adaptable
• Have a passion for education and student development
• Are able to travel within the Dewsbury area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
