Pay: £168 to £250 per day

We're working with a welcoming secondary school in Huddersfield looking for an enthusiastic and committed Secondary Teacher to join their team from September. Whether your specialism is English, Maths, Science, Humanities or another secondary subject, we'd love to hear from you.

The role includes:

• Delivering engaging lessons across your specialist subject.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assessing progress and supporting students to achieve their potential.
• Working collaboratively with an experienced department and wider school team.
• Upholding safeguarding and promoting positive behaviour throughout the school.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has recent experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Has excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Is committed to raising standards and inspiring young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
