Are you a passionate Secondary Teacher looking to make a positive impact across a range of subjects?

GSL Education are looking for dedicated Secondary Teachers to work with schools in Middlesbrough, delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students across Key Stages in a variety of subject areas.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Teach across your subject specialism to secondary-aged students.
• Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Support students of varying abilities through differentiated learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different subjects or school environments.
• A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
