Schools in Birmingham and GSL Education are seeking dedicated Secondary Teachers to deliver engaging and well-structured lessons.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will support students in developing subject knowledge, key skills, and academic confidence. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where learners are motivated to achieve their best.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons.
• Support students' academic progress and achievement.
• Assess and monitor student performance regularly.
• Adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
• Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom control.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
