Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school routines
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and engagement
- Support pupils in their learning and encourage participation
- Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching in secondary schools across various subjects
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and adaptability
- Shows enthusiasm for working in diverse educational settings
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
