Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate small-scale packaging projects (single product, single site).
• Perform machinability checks on internal and external production lines.
• Write test protocols, monitor test execution (on-site or remotely), and draft test reports.
• Update technical documentation (technical drawings, ADATTA sheets).
• Collaborate with various stakeholders: suppliers, internal production, external manufacturing, artwork coordination team.
• Use digital tools such as SAP, PLM, artwork management systems, and document management platforms.

Key competencies:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once (this is a critical requirement).
• Autonomy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international, matrixed environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory (non-French-speaking manager; English used for documentation and communication).

Profile:

• Confirmed experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment is required.
• Familiarity with secondary/tertiary packaging constraints (materials, labels, formats, line requirements).
• Experience with production or packaging processes (doesn't have to be an engineer, but must have seen packaging lines).
• No experience required with primary packaging (e.g., blisters, bottles).
• Experience in packaging industrialization or qualification is a plus.
