Job Description

As a Secondary Cover Teacher with Reed Education, you will play a crucial role in providing quality cover for schools across the Sussex region. This involves both day-to-day assignments and longer-term placements, ensuring continuity of education for students across various subjects.

The team welcomes Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as seasoned professionals, valuing a diverse range of subject specialisms. Whether your expertise lies in Maths, English, Science (all specialisms), Humanities, or other secondary subjects, your skills are highly sought after to support the academic year .

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching at the secondary level in the UK or internationally.
• A strong understanding of the UK curriculum and classroom management techniques.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• All applicants MUST have existing right-to-work in the UK.
