Milk Education are working with a supportive secondary school to recruit a Cover Supervisor to start ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with young people in a UK secondary school setting who is confident managing classrooms and supporting students' learning.

The Role- Supervise classes during the short term absence of teaching staff
- Deliver pre planned lessons and ensure learning continues effectively
- Maintain a positive learning environment with strong behaviour management
- Support students to remain engaged, focused, and motivated
- Follow school policies and safeguard procedures at all times
- Experience working with secondary aged students in a UK school setting
- Confidence managing classrooms independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A calm, consistent and professional approach to behaviour management
- An interest in education and supporting young people's development
