Your Role
As a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer, you'll be a key member of the technical team, providing expert support across a diverse client portfolio. You'll troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, manage infrastructure projects, support cloud migrations, and work with a wide range of technologies including Microsoft Server environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and security solutions.
This is a varied role offering a mix of project delivery, technical support, and customer engagement, ensuring no two days are the same.
What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in a Level 2/3 IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Exchange environments, networking, and firewall technologies.
• Previous involvement in server upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites when required.
